Mr. Paul began his career as the Syndicate Manager at White, Weld & Company in 1967. From 1975 until 1980, he was a General Partner at the NYSE member firm of Stuart Brothers. Mr. Paul joined First Albany Corporation in 1980, managing their Syndicate and Corporate Finance Departments until 1989. He managed the Corporate Finance Department at Advest, Inc., until 1991 when he joined CL King.
